All our earrings are handmade and bespoke, and we strive to ensure that the product images and descriptions are accurate. However, due to the handcrafted nature of our pieces, slight variations may occur.

2. Returns & Exchanges

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on earrings. Please ensure that you select your items carefully before placing your order. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@katyrosesa.co.za with photos and order details.

3. Delivery Information

We offer nationwide delivery within South Africa.

* Delivery is facilitated by The Courier Guy
* Orders are typically delivered within 2–5 working days from the date of dispatch.
* Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking details via email or SMS.

Please ensure that the delivery address and contact details provided at checkout are correct, as we cannot be held responsible for delayed or misdirected deliveries due to incorrect information.

4. Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Please allow 1–2 working days for your order to be prepared before dispatch.

5. Payments

All payments are processed securely via our payment gateway. We do not store any credit card or payment information on our servers.
